How do I Pre-order?
All pre-orders should be placed online or by phone before 10 am Saturday. Presently, pre-orders are prepared every weekend and are ready for pickup or shipping on Monday. Crave4 Gourmet Popcorn customers will select their pickup location of choice during checkout and pickup their orders/purchases at one of our conveniently located pickup locations throughout the city of Memphis and surrounding areas. See "Pickup locations" for a complete listing of locations, days and times. Currently all local orders will be delivered free of charge.

Will I receive a order confirmation email and tracking number?
We will automatically send you an email confirmation. You will also receive a tracking number at the time of purchase and via email when UPS or FedEx picks up the shipment.
When does my order ship?
Currently we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Your order will ship via the method selected during checkout: FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air.
What issues can delay my order?
Order changes, incorrect address, weather and UPS/FedEx backlogs can delay your delivery.

Popcorn is packaged in Tins and sealed bags for freshness. Medium, large and extra large bags are sealed plus have a resealable/reclosable ziplock to ensure freshness after opening.

Does Crave4 Gourmet Popcorn® ship multiple Tins in one box?
In order to protect your popcorn order, we can only ship one Tin per box.
